It depends on the country you are going to use the SIM in. Please check the Voxi official site to check for roaming profiles.

Can I buy a plan on this Voxi eSIM?
We will send you the temporary login details created to activate the SIM; simply update your details and change your password if needed to access the dashboard to buy plans.

We will not take any responsibility if these sims do not work outside the UK, as it’s impossible to test them.
